Term & Conditions

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to become a Distributor of Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. in accordance with the following terms and conditions. I understand that this agreement will be in effect for a term of one year from the date below or until such time as I notify Uniquely Emu Products Inc. in writing or until Uniquely Emu Products Inc. notifies me in writing of the termination of this agreement. Upon the anniversary day of this agreement I understand that I will be required to complete and submit a new agreement to Uniquely Emu Products Inc.

1.   I am of legal age in the state in which I reside.
2.   I wish to sell consumer products of Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. I understand that I am not an employee, agent or legal representative of Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. for any purpose.
3.   Upon acceptance of this application by Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. I am authorized as a distributor commencing on the date of this Agreement. I understand that Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. will make its products available to me as a distributor at an established distributor price break.
4.   I understand that all orders must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, money order, personal check, business check or credit card payment information, unless a credit account has been approved and established. There is a charge of $25 for all checks returned for non-payment/non-sufficient funds. There is a charge of $25 for all credit card authorizations that are declined for payment.
5.   I understand that there are no guarantees of earnings in the Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. program and that there will be no exclusive territories within the program.
6.   I agree to operate my business in accordance with Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. policies and procedures. I understand and agree that a violation of any point within these terms and conditions may result in the termination of my authorization as a Distributor.
7.   I also agree not to reproduce any copyrighted material and not to use any company logo unless pre-authorized.
8.   I agree not to misrepresent Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. in any manner and will make no statements or claims respecting Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. that are not contained in Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. written materials. I also understand that I am not authorized to, and will not for any reason, act as a spokesperson for Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. or its products to any media or publication.
9.   I further agree not to assign, sell, or convey to any person or entity any rights, privileges, or interests as a Uniquely Emu Products, Inc. distributor.
10. Pricing will be based on the current price sheet, subject to change without notice.
11. I understand that all applicable Federal, State and/or Local taxes collectible and due for the resale of these products is my sole responsibility, and not the responsibility of Uniquely Emu Products, Inc.
12. Unless otherwise required by Federal or State status, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
