I ordered one of these eggshells for my daughter for her birthday. It arrived in 2 days and was definitely a hit. Her and her friends were enthralled that it was a real egg. It's creamy white and the shell is very thick (more than 1/8 inch). Now she needs an egg stand (I didn't think ahead), but it's proudly on display in her room.
